Inner Feng Shui: Ch’i
How do you cultivate your own personal, inner Ch’i? Besides sleeping and eating, how do you rejuvenate yourself on a daily basis? Ch’i is cultivated in many ways, including bathing, exercising, practicing Tai Ch’i or yoga, reading, journaling, meditating, gardening, dancing, singing, making love, playing music, going to the theater, laughing, creating and enjoying art, giving and receiving bodywork, cooking, caring for pets, and being out in nature. Add your favorite ways to the list, and make it a top priority to cultivate your personal Ch’i every day.
