Get outside & Feng Shui your senses
Three times a day, go outside for at least a few minutes. Try to use all your five senses – sight, sound smell, taste, and touch. Listen to the birds, watch the clouds, smell the loamy earth, etc. In the same way that we can balance our homes using the five elements, we can balance our bodies by exercising the five senses. This is a perfect time to observe nature and the rebirth of living things – contemplate a spiritual rebirth in yourself. Enjoy the renewed vigor that Springtime has to offer!

A fun little story. Yesterday I was taking book markers to our little locally owned book store and thought I would take Terah’s books in with me to show the owner what is hot and in the now. Of course she immediately put the books on her order list. Then I mentioned doing a Feng Shui wine and cheese presentation once I get my practitioners certificate and feature Terah’s books. She was so excited she started rattling off ideas to market the evening. At that point I offered to do a practice consultation for her business, then she really jumped and said “I’ll buy the wine and cheese”.
It is so fun and encouraging to see how the big ball of Ch’i picks up momentum as it rolls forward. Susie Matson, Alumni
