Hello! Sometimes this happens when an internet connection is slower. To catch up the visual with the audio, please press play so that some part of it -starts playing. 5-10 seconds into the play, press pause. Although it’s “paused” from playing, it will still be loading into the cloud from where your computer will be pulling it. Watch the little grey bar on the bottom of the player screen fill up from left to right and when it’s almost all the way across, press play again. This should have sync’ed up the audio with the video. If this doesn’t work, please let me know asap. Thank you!
